Cambridge Training Associates provide a range of bespoke workshops, courses and events to support individuals and teams.

 

We are based in Cambridge in the UK, and have been working with clients all over the world since 2014.

Our approach uses facilitation rather than consultancy. Instead of playing the external expert to deliver our solution to your need, we help you find the solution that is already in the room by facilitating the thinking and the conversations to realise it.

The central theme of our work is to help individuals understand themselves and each others so they can work together to meet the challenges that they face.
